I am writing to you as I finish my delicious lunch, consisting of a hard-boiled egg from your Chickens!
I have been purchasing eggs from you for the past 6 months and couldn't be happier. I treasure your eggs. I only use them to eat fresh, never to cook/bake with, since they are so tasty and I can't always get to you to purchase more if I need to.
The yolks are beautiful; large and orange and they don't fall apart when cooked. They make for perfect fried egg sandwiches, as they don't break apart easily in the pan when cooking!
I will only use supermarket-purchased eggs or even some from other farmers in my baking or cooking recipes. I do not waste the eggs I get from you on any dish where I won't be able to savor them!
Just so you know, I go out of my way every Thursday that I can, to visit you at the Exeter Farmer's Market to scoop up a dozen of your chicken's eggs.
